No right of appeal plz help.

hi every one. we applied as team for enterpreniour visa in august. our visa refused by two reasons.

1. No names in adverts
2. No current appointment report.

now my friend has appealed against this decision. he got hearing in june 2014. i have no right of appeal and my visa expires in April 2014.

what are the options for me...

some one told me that your friend should withdraw appeal and you both send a fresh application. some says you send a fresh application on the same case and your friend should wait for hearing. i am confuse please any one can help, that will appreciated.

You can submit JR but it will be approx 6 months long process and it will be the same for your friend as well it will take 5-6 months to hear his appeal.

Your team member can send a letter to the tribunal requesting that his appeal be heard early and he should give his reason for the request. He might be lucky to get an earlier date and you guys might get the appeal decision before your visa expires in April 2014.

Another option is for you to submit a fresh application towards the expiry of your visa while your team member's appeal is still on.
