about knowledge of english language for applying BC

Hi
If someone could help, i had done my IELTS 9 months ago and each band i got 6. i am applying for British citizen in January 2014 but i am not sure that do i need to ESOL test or my IELTS result is enough for English knowledge for application for British Citizenship.many thanks
