Do I qualify for a home student status ?

hello guys,
I came to the UK as a dependent visa under my wife who was a student, we both applied for tier 1 and our passports where held for almost 2 years.

In the course of the delay, I wanted to go back to uni to do an MSc.

Having lived here for well over 3 years, would I qualify as a home student ?

I cant find the links on the HO website

In addition to 3 years residence, you would need to have ILR.

oh thanks.

I do not have any ILR so hence wont qualify.
