Minor Child 5weeks old Documents Supporting MN1

Dear Gurus,

I am registering my child as british citizen under section1(3) of british nationality act. I recently got ILR 2 weeks ago and my little one was born 5 weeks ago.
I need to know what documents I need to supply for registration. I have not not applied for the baby's foreign passport. Therefore in terms of identity I only have Childs Birth Certificate, Our foreign passports, ILR BRPs.
I am little confused in whats documents are really needed for minor child?
Please help
