URGENT HELP

Hello People
So to cut the story short my appeal to the upper tribunal has been refused.

Need to know what can I do next ?

I had an entrepreneur Team and the funds were in a joint account with my self my wife and my partner.

One of the issue was the wife being the part of joint account.

However I still have access to the funds and can shift them to my personal account.

The problem is the maintenance funds as that will be in the joint account with all three of us in that account.

My partner does not want to continue with the new application. I cannot take his name out of the joint account as if I do that the entire account has to be shut down.

How will I manage to show maintenance funds. Will it be ok if the maintenance funds are still kept in the joint account where my partner is no more a part of the team.

Super stresses please suggest what should I do ?

Its been over a year going through this shit ?

should I just go back home ?

Should I apply !!!

@ tier1enterpreneur, I remember that some members on this forum have advised you long time ago that joint account with your wife and team member look very un-usual and I suppose that you should have been making necessary plan since then for your own personal funds in your account as your chance of winning the appeal was very low.

Now that you don't have any other plan in place for your maintenance funds, your only plan will be to use the available account and hope for luck.

Thanks ola for your reply.

This was advised to me sometime last to last month.
And yes I did try n make necessary arrangements to transfer the maintenance funds but its does not count up to 3 months that is the issue.

Also some company has approached me and is ok to get me a sponsorship certificate.

Will it be possible for me to apply as Tier 2 General currently ?
How many days do I have to switch the category.

I received my refusal letter yesterday. This was dated 2nd Nov 2013.
