my friend need help of this forum, please help

my friend need help of this forum, please help

hi, my friend applied from psw to t1 50k route in april 2013. HIS Visa EXPIRED in may. Appealed first tier tribunal and been dissmissed, went for upper tribunal and didn't go well in court, most likely same as first tier. What his next stepif he get rejected by upper tribunal? can he apply for tier4? do you think his visa expiry will be any kind of matter of his new application? Please, help please......

i think with in 28 days after his refusal he can apply make a fresh application..

Since your friend is still at appeal stage, he is still technically on PSW, so if he want to submit any application not more than 28days
after UT he should be fine.

As per Tier4, he need to check his study progression and no of years he has spent on study in UK.

after UT he should be fine. he came in uk in 2009 and completed course on given time 2011. After he was on psw for two years. Applied for t1 entreprenuer 10 june 2013 psw visa expired 18 june 2013. So can he go for tier 4 and will he be given ant work rig ht? Plz reply
