Questions about ILR supporting docs

Post by vanillaskies » Sun Dec 08, 2013 12:31 pm

Hi All,

I entered the UK in Feb 2009 on a 2 years work permit then changed it to Tier 2 ICT with the same employer and this is what I am on at the moment. I am going to book my PEO appointment in late Jan/ early Feb when slots are available. I have the following questions:

- Pay Slips & Bank Statements - Do I need to take along all of them since I entered the country or the last 3 or the last 1?

- Employer letter - they will happily provide me with that but I really need a template that I can work from. If someone can post it that would be great. Also the SOC code, should that be of my current Tier 2 ICT visa?

- Should the employer letter include the dates of all my travels (work + personal) or only work related travel and personal travels are on a separate document? Is there a template for that document somewhere I can use?

- When I was on the work permit, I had registered my IRIS records so I entered the UK few times with no stamp in my passport. I do have accurate dates of my travels but my passports won't necessarily have the stamp. Do I need to get this record from somewhere? If Yes, anyone knows how to get that?

Many thanks in advance,

O
