I have few questions related to my ILR application. Please if the Gurus/Senior Member can review and respond, it will be very helpful and appreciated.
I'm applying under Tier-1 category.
1> ILR Eligibility
- My Tier-1 visa runs from 15/01/2009 until 15/01/2014 (including 1 extension). I entered UK on 11/04/2009 i.e. within 87 days of entry clearance.
- I have booked an application for 19th Dec 2013, 28 days counting backward from 15/01/2014.
- Please confirm my eligibility keeping in view above facts.
2> PBS Calculator
- For Tier-1, please confirm if we need to choose Tier-1 (High Value Migrants) then Tier-1 (General) in the PBS calculator?
3> Question 6.1 - When did you (the main applicant) first enter the UK?
- I have given as 11/04/2009 which was my UK landing date.
- Should I provide the EC start date (15/01/2014) because I'm applying under the within 90 days rule?
4> Question 6.11 - Please give the dates of any absences spent outside of the Crown Dependencies and the UK.
- Please confirm if I should leave it blank?
5> Question 7.11. - How long have you lived in the UK?
- Should I write 5 years or the actual which is 4 years 9 months (from 11/04/2009 (landing date) till 19/12/2013 (ILR application date) ) ?
6> BRP -> 17. DECLARATION section
- Is this declaration has to be signed only by Dependants and applicants under the age of 16 OR for all applicants?
7> SECTION 11 - Evidence of your finances. If you have to complete section 5, bank statements, building society savings book(s), pay slips or other formal documents as evidence of your ability to maintain and accommodate yourself and any dependants without recourse to public funds. (See Note 5). The documents showing the finances available to you and to any person supporting you should cover at least the last 3 months.
- what evidences to provide? Is bank statements submitted as part of PBS salary credit evidence be sufficient for Home and Finance as well?
- Should I provide Land Registry document as eveidence of home ownership?
Much appreciate your response.
Kind Regards
