help plz, really urgent. phoned up first tier, messed up

hi guys, phoned up first tier tribunal today to know my my decision as been three weeks. They said decision been sent on 29 nov 13 and been dissmissed. I replied we didn't received any letter me either my solicitor. I asked for a fresh copy but they said we have to write letter for this. my confusion is, its been already 10 days to they made the decision so in this case how we will be able to apply for upper tribunal. Plz help. Appeal heard 20 nov 13.

@ dilowar07, its better your solicitor fax a letter to tribunal to request for the appeal decision in writing. I think that until you receive your appeal decision, you should be ok. You should fill in the appeal form for upper tribunal the reason why your application to UT was delayed and also send the fax letter as evidence of when the decision was requested by you.

thank you mate, it is a great advice. I salute this forum and all the people. I hope it will not be any problem to go for upper tribunal. Is it too hard to get acceptance of upper tribunal?
