English Language Requirement ILR (SET M)

My wife has a Bachelors Engineering Degree from India which we are able to locate on the Points Calculator

My query is, would she also need to obtain a letter from her university to confirm that the course was taught in English? Or does the fact that her university and the course appear on the points calculator automatically satisfy the english language requirement?

The awarded points for English Language should suffice.
