Entrepreneur Refused, Dismissed and Now new application?

Post by tier7 » Wed Dec 11, 2013 1:51 pm

Hello Everyone,

I'll make it short, I applied for entrepreneur visa that has been refused, appealed and that was unsuccessful as well. Now I applied for visa in another category right away before the 28 days. Just yesterday i received a letter from them telling me to send over my brp otherwise they will reject my application as invalid. I didn't had my brp since when i submitted my entrepreneur application and never got it back from them.

Any advice? what i am supposed to do.

Thanks in advance.

@ tier7, send a letter to the address on the letter you received and explain your situation, you should also try to call them after sending the letter. Cases like yours just shows how dis-organize Home Office are.

Apart from covering letter If you can provide them copy of acknowledgement letter, appeal dismissal or refusal letter copy of tier1 refusal then this might help dumb caseworker to understand the circumstances.
