Hey Rinarina wrote:Right ladies and gentlemen just opened a letter and my FLR(O) has been refused with no right of appeal. I cannot believe that my solicitor did not have the nerve to call me. They said in the letter to contact them immediately to discuss the matter further.
My Mp contacted them on the 5th so I guess they have responded pretty quick.
I am still in utter shock!!!!!!
so sorry rina, you should go for Judiciary Review. Most Judges tend to interpret the immigration laws in fair and proportion way and to take into considerations all relevant facts. HO can be very narrow and strictly sometimes.rina wrote:Right ladies and gentlemen just opened a letter and my FLR(O) has been refused with no right of appeal. Thank you so much for that..Goodness&Mercy wrote:Hi Rina,
Sorry about the news. The lord promised to keep in perfect peace those whose mind are stayed on him because they have trusted in him.May he honor his word and keep you in perfect peace as you trust in him at this time.May he also give you divine wisdom for the way ahead and raise uncommon helpers for you.May The Lord who make way where men says there is no way overturn the negative decision ,grant you favor and establish you and your house in this land in the mighty name of Jesus(amen)
Ohh goshh not again. Feels like I have spent all my time waiting and in the meantime time passes by.nilemarques wrote:@ Rina. The JR process is a pretty tedious and painstaking process I'm afraid. It could take you 6 months to a year. I'm sure there are various people here on the forum who would agree with me. Right now, actually getting a reply from the HO after you've sent a PAP is like trying to bleed a stone. But i suppose thats the only way to go. Get advice from your legal rep first.rina wrote:Thank you all for your support and kind words @verbina,@ma logo,@seneca,@nilemarques.
I really thank you guys for this forum for they are so many people on here who lift one's spirit up. If it wasn't for you guys I honestly think I would have given up so thank you all including those I have already thanked previously.
First thing Monday morning I will see my solicitor and hear what she has to say and ask her to put a stop on my removal. Secondly will visit my CAB and hopefully goes well. I will also call my MP's office and ask them to refer me for pro bono as you guys suggested.
Can you guys please explain the process of JR and how long it takes?
I really don't think I can wait another year or something stupid.

Please don't give up, 16 years ain't no joke. May God forgive the case worker who worked on your case. Do take care and keep the faith. Bless.
