Date of receipt by UKBA: 24/10/2013 (Tracked via royal mail)
Date of debit of fees:
Date of acknowledgement:
Approval dated:

Still no fees debited from my account. I've sent numerous emails. I've called the bank and they said no attempts taken out. Am frustrated but don't really care no more. Guess I just have to wait.

See here for a current table of fees deducted in relation to when applications where received by the UKBA, drawn from posts to this forum. Based on that, your fees, along with those of everyone else who the UKBA received on Oct 24th, should come out within the next few days. Processing of applications from the Oct 21-25 week is simply going to take a while due to the sheer number of them.

When do you think they will debit my fees, like do you know a rough idea based from the table, could it be this week or next week?

Currently there is a sharp cutoff between Oct 22nd (the majority of applications we know of have had their fees deducted) and Oct 23rd (no one that we know of has had it yet). My prediction is we should start to see applications received on Oct 24th get their fees deducted by the end of this week, with most of the rest next week. The caveat as always is that this is the law of averages, and there will always be some applications that take longer for whatever reason. Keep an eye on the 'timelines' topics for other posters with roughly the same dates as you.

Hi apple02,

I'm in a similar situation:
Eligibility: 2 yrs WP+ 2 HSMP + 2 years Tier1 + 1 ILR
Nationality: Indian
Method of application: Self/Post
Date of application: 24-Oct-2013
Date of receipt by UKBA: 25-Oct-2013 (Tracked via royal mail)
Date of debit of fees:
Date of acknowledgement:
Approval dated:
Approval received:
Date of ceremony:

So, it's been 7 weeks since I sent the application and I have not either received an acknowledgement letter nor did they deduct the fees. I sent an email a week ago to ukbanationalityenquiries@ukba.gsi.gov.uk asking for any update - have not had any response.

Did you receive an acknowledgment letter at all? Did you consider writing a written letter to them? I'm now considering writing to them to their postal address asking for update but not sure where to write...
