Missing work permit letter for ILR

Hi guys,

I will be applying for ILR next month under tier 1 general at Croydon.

I came to UK on Work permit in Feb 2009 then switched from Work permit to Tier 1 General in Aug 2009. Unfortunately I am missing the Work permit letter that was provided by the home office. Will the case worker accept my application or will it be an issue?

Please could some let me know their experience with Work permit and tier 1 general for ILR in Croydon PEO.
