requirement for dependent application

Post by kashnex » Thu Dec 19, 2013 1:59 am

Hi all
I was wondering if someone could help me with few questions please
I have completed my 10 yrs while my appeal was withdrawn (Tier1) and now I am waiting for them to decide my application as far as I know I can now vary my application my question is what are the criteria for applying for my 2 dependents (my wife has already spend over 5 1/2 yrs in this country) Do I have to show earning in order to apply as dependent along my application?
I would really appreciate your advice
Regards

No, the link is for pbs dep partner's of those settled (or applying to) under long residence and who were pbs deps prior to July 2012, thus the dep apply under Part 8 on flr(m). Were the children born in the UK?

The child will be entitled to register as British under section 1(3) BNA as soon as you have ILR and thus, will not need further leave.
