One team member appeal allowed while second ones dismissed

hi,
here is short history of our case:
application submitted in feb 2013
refused: may 2013
one team member appeal hearing in nov n was allowed for reconsideration
second team member appeal on 04 dec n was dismissed

reafusal reason: dont hav access to 50k as we both had 25k in our personal accounts n we jointed accounts after refusal n land line number missing from contract n we submitted revised contract in hearing

first team member apeal allowed for reconsideration n judge accepted the evidence submitted after refusal under evidential flexibilty but second team members appeal dismissed n judge only considered evidence provided at the time of application...

can anyone plz tell me wat will happen next???? as mine appeal was allowed for reconsideration... will my application be refused in reconsideration????
what r the suitable options for me?????

any suggestion will be much appericiated

If HO didn't contest your appeal decision, then your visa is very likely to be granted. Meanwhile your team member can still challenge the lower tribunal decision at UT and take your case reference as evidence and he might be lucky to get the lower tribunal decision overturned.

If HO didn't contest your appeal decision, then your visa is very likely to be granted. Meanwhile your team member can still challenge the lower tribunal decision at UT and take your case reference as evidence and he might be lucky to get the lower tribunal decision overturned.

my team members deciding to reapply as a team member n mention my reference in his new application bcaz its unlikely upper tribunal over turn ftt decision...

wat u think can he reapply with me or he need to send his application seperately on its own?????

@ zee786, you guys can still continue as team as there are no rules that say otherwise. So your team member can submit his fresh application quoting your reference as before.

But I will advise that you guys should make sure your business is trading.

At the moment, it is much better to reapply if he still has the chance to do so and still apply as a team.

Pls check that other requirement are fulfilled.
