FLR(M) visa Maintenance Query

Post by fasaal » Fri Dec 20, 2013 5:28 pm

Hiya.

My wife joined me before July 2012 so she is qualifying for an exemption from meeting the income threshold element of the financial requirement.

Just want to know that how much money is sufficient for her FLR(M) visa and for how long plz ?

We have no children and We both are not working at the min. I got £3,000 in my bank a/c and she also have £3,000 in her a/c.

is it ok for her maintenance plz ?

faisal

You are exempt from the new financial measures but still need to have an income stream that is more than the benefit rate for adult couples.

Your savings should suffice. Your spouse should be claiming any benefit she can.
