HELP NEEDED FOR MY VISA REFUSAL

My visa got refused in October (the reason given was no contact number on the contract and no names on the advertisement)
then i appeal against it and that also got refused now i made an appeal to the upper tribunal, and my PSW visa expired in MAY, can i withrow the appeal and launched a new Entrepreneur application please help me on this as i start my business already and invest decent amount of money, thanks

u can withdraw appeal and make a fresh application within 28 days but be aware if u r refused again then there is no appeal right. so make it absolutely perfect this time

Have you gotten a hearing date for your appeal? I don't know why your initial appeal was refused.

Thank you for your response when I do fresh application can I use the same company details or should I register the new company since the old company Which I registerd more than 3months old??? Help me on this thanks

They give stupid reason to refuce my case so I don't have a faith in upper tribunal there for willing to withrow my appeal and do a new. Fresh application.
