ILR Granted @ Croydon 18/12/2013

Post by drdh4 » Thu Dec 19, 2013 8:54 am

Hi All,

Just wanted to thank all the people who helped me answer my questions on this board and I'm happy to say that my ILR was granted within 60 mins yesterday. Croydon centre was amazing, the people were really nice. My appointment was at 12.30 but they let us in at 11.30 because of my little baby girl (she's only 2months)
All the staff were super helpful and friendly (including security people)

I'm not going to write the whole process here again since it's the same process which is repeated here so many times.
I'll paste my covering letter so hopefully it will help someone...

Congrats!

Did you use the latest version of the form (12/2013) released on or around 1st December, or did you use the previous version (10/2013)?

congrats drdh4 on getting ILR for your family.

You mention Statement of compatibility from NARIC and medium of instruction letter for dependant. Can I ask if your dependent's degree was awarded points in the PBS calculator or not?

Hi John353 Thanks,

We were in the same uni ( that's how it started ;) lol ) and it awarded 30 points ( didn't want to loose £2600 over NARIC's £52.00 so to be on the safe side we took it)

@ intalex : Used latest 12/2013 form.

Thanks & all the best guys..!!
