What kind of certain extent? Is it the "Remitted back to Respondent for full consideration"?

in this context what it means limited right to appeal and appeal either to be allowed or dismissed will solely focus of objections raised by case worker, in case of win an appeal it is always back to case worker to make a new decision on that, considering the 1st paragraph(''h'') in policy guidance and immigration rules where they say they have a right to review an application decision or and carry out assessments on any challenge (allowed appeals, withdrawn decisions, new applications etc.)

an allowed appeal in this cat. can not confer a guaranteed visa because of how it is designed however rare cases where they bring new grounds(''h'') in or take the same decision to Upper tribunal for the challenging purposes.

thanks,

thank you but what I think they cannot dismiss the appeal once it is allowed only HO can challenge it in upper tribunal or refuse it with new objections as I have only 6 months left in ILR
