Crunch time- In need for some ideas

Post by imilr » Wed Dec 18, 2013 1:27 am

Hi All brilliant people on the forum
I have a small query reg my ILR application. I have a continuous UK absence that is more than 360 days which means I cannot cut it in half. However I have a choice of absences over 2 consecutive years between below with application dates falling between in next 2-3 weeks so ideas from newbies and esp Gurus are invited- urgently

case1: 180+193 ( only one year to exercise discretion)
case2: 187+186 ( two years with equal spread of days)
case3: 183+190 ( two tears with unequal spread both above 180)

I have a bit of compassionate reasons etc but not very strong

Now please go with your best suggestion and help me grab appointment.[/quote]

It depends what's the reason for discretion, what's the compassionate circumstance?

Not very strong; but need to take opinion what break up is good or they are so considerate all are equally good or equally bad...
