Can you switch your visa from Tier1 ent to tier4 student

One million dollar question who can switch from tier1 entrepreneur visa
as per my understanding you are not allowed to switch into tier4 student visa..

If you meet the Tier 4 requirement, then you can switch from Tier 1 entrepreneur to Tier 4 student. Can you explain why you think its not possible?

in policy guidance it says who can switch from tier1 visa:
tier2 work permit
there is no information to switch into tier4 student visa

hi if your visa application is in process then you can switch in to any other category but if you appeal is in progress then you can not bu if appeal got dimissed you got 28 days to switch the category, but if you have tier 1 ENTREPRENEUR then you can not switch it i have read it on UKBA website.

Agree With saad that people with tier 1 cannot switch to tier4 student cat. But i m surprise with the question why do people want to go back to worse cat again

so many tier1 applicants are planning to change their visas and apply for student visas in first three years to complete 10 years residency.
You cannot change your visa into tier4 I do agree both of you..

It's not a matter of surprise for me now,when UKBA says there are very few genuine enterpneur applying for category.
