Refusal on bank letter third party contact detail not there

I need an advise regarding tier1 entrepreneur application made on 12-12-2012 refusal due to only one reason that third party contact details not on bank letter.which is provided later as a new letter 2 days before appeal hearing but not considered as it was fresh document but should be provided with application .

Can you please explain, Was your appeal dismissed or allowed?
