Opinion, please? Online tracking of visa

Hi, I really need advice, opinion, educated guess, mojo.....

been a "lurker" for a while, thanks to all for your excellent information regarding applications. It really helps those of us who are following to know the way these things work, documents to enclose, etc.

We have made a fiance visa application at Pretoria, I have been checking their online tracker.

the online tracker now has the following message-

"Your application is ready for collection; please visit the UK Visa Application Centre where you submitted your visa application to collect the same."

Is this indicating that the visa has been granted, or am I getting excited too soon?

Anyone have any experience with this?

I don't think they would inform you of the decision that way, so I wouldn't get too happy.

They just inform you that your application is ready to collect and nothing more. They are very careful to write 'application' and 'visa application' rather than 'your visa is ready', have you noticed? Very precise!

many thanks for the reply, I had noticed the wording, just needed a reality check.
