necessary documents for naturalisation

Post by kembljoe » Tue Dec 31, 2013 1:17 pm

Hi,

I had had HSMP and Tier-1 visas in total for 5 years. Then I had ILR for more than 1 year and am planning to apply for naturalisation via NCS.

I am employed through my Limited company and am the director of that company as well.

I have 3 questions:

1. Will NCS give the originals of passport and ILR card back so that I can travel to my home country while the process is going on?
2. Do I have to submit any financial documents in the application like Bank statements, company documents, employment history, payslips, etc?
3. I have the life in the uk test pass certificate that I had got for ILR application dated more than 1 year ago. This will suffice and I don't need to enter again, right?

Any help will be appreciated a lot.

Thanks in advance.

1. Yes.
2. Your UTR (click) should suffice.
3. Yes, a LIUK does not expire; this will be in addition to a B1 requirement.
