Dependent ILR...?

Hi
I am on dependent visa of 2years and my hubby decide to divorced me.I have a child of 3 years and I dont like to go back to my country because I lost everything here in UK.I want to live on my own and give better future to my child.

What is leagl way for me what I should do next?

No I am not but I fear of family because my hubby family is rich so they can take my child if i go back and my parents emotionally force me to marry again because i am 26 now.

Both parents have not UK nationality but father of child and my hubby will apply his ILR in april and not for child and nor for wife.
