Refused:any successful case with only P60 and bankstatments

Post by joh » Tue Jun 26, 2007 11:34 pm

Hi,
Anyone is there to help me out.......

is there anyone who has got approval without company payslips but submitting only P60 (which covers entire period) and bank statements.

I applied with online payslips and P60 which covers entire period i claimed for and bank statements...They refused to give away at first instance as the payslips are not signed and stamped. then applied for rewiew. The review is refused and the case worker said that they considered bank statements but it shows only net salary but my p60 shows the gross salary and hence no sufficient evident to corroborate the annual salary.
i am really stunned ; if he takes tax from p60 and add the net payments from bank, then this will lead to annual salary.

Do you have any one who has got the approval with the above evidences that is only P60 and bank statements.

Sorry to hear of your situation. It sounds to me like you would have to apply again (fresh app, full GBP 400 fee), with different evidence of your income. Only 1 review of each application is permitted and your review was refused. Best of luck.

What reason did you mention for not providing Payslips?

Alternate evidence such as Bank Statements is considered only if the reason is strong enough.

Tax document not covering entire period is a strong reason. Other reasons - depends upon the discretion of the case worker.

Required evidence is mostly needed.

Was you combined (NET SALARY, NOT GROSS) from bank statements enough to give you points claimed? If yes, bad luck !
