Spouse of Irish citizen visa

Post by lookily » Sat Jan 04, 2014 11:04 pm

Hi,
I am an Irish citizen and my wife came to Dublin on spouse visa. She got 1 year stamp 4 after registeration in GNIB . I was expected that they would give her 5 years visa. I have a 2 years baby but she haven't got her multiple visa yet. I just want to know what's the law or rules for spouse of Irish citizen visa . Thank you so much in advance.

I think they give one year first and then, after you go back to register next year, they will give you a long period of time.

I'm sure someone else will come in and give you more details.
