Citizenship and PR time out from UK for EEA member

Hi guys
I want ask you all about days which I can stay outside of UK. I already red that if I want apply for PR I can stay 6 months during each year. Question is, if I will got PR then I can in the 6th year stay out for 90? Or can someone write some example how all 6 years can looks with almost maximum possible time out from UK?

I think a lots of people will appreciate this information.
