invalid application ,right of appeal???

hi gurus

here is an issue and need ur opinion on that..

my psw expired---23 nov 2012

applied ent1 ----19 nov 2012

application cam back from ukba saying fee could not debited -----5th dec 2012

i hv sent back application with postal order------7th dec 2012

now the scenerio is if i get refused due to any reason would i get right of appeal or not ????
and please keep in mind the rule of 28days overstayer as well ..thanks

same thing happened with my friend he hasnt got right of appeal... i dont know why...
but when he appealed his appeal is approved and court gave 14 days time to HO that why the payment is declined... but they have to proof it before 14 days of hearing date ...

but in scenerio i think this is my fault that i did not check with my bank that card limit was 1000 pound,,and fee was 1020....thats why could not debited

first thing go to your bank and ask your branch manager to see is there any transaction declined or not?
if yes then its ur fault but if your branch manager said there is no declined its mean this is HO fault and ask your manager to print a letter that since last one or six months no transaction has been declined... simple you got your proof...
