How to rectify misspeled name?

The home office misspelled my name and thought of the ç (c-cedilla) in faiçal as a C. I contacted them they said I have to contact my case worker who dealt with the application but in the decision letter there is no phone number or email.

My new passport issued here in London has the S in my name, but the leave to remain was issued with C, so any application I make gets refused

This is their mistake as they are supposed to know about French Alphabet.

How can I rectify this.

Used BRPError@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk from the same page with no luck . They replied I have to contact the case worker that dealt with my application
