Query for ILR Eligibility

Post by Shyam123 » Sat Dec 14, 2013 7:12 pm

Hello Everyone -

I need some assistance regarding confirming my ILR eligibility :

I got my first WP in the year 2008 and the Visa (Multi) was for 2 years ; Aug 2008 till Aug 2010 but I didn't traveled in that WP and got another WP having Visa Start Date as Nov 2008 till Nov 2009 and on that WP i entered UK on 3rd Jan 2009 and left UK on 26th Sep 2009 and then back at India I filed for Teir 2 ICT on Jan 30th 2010 and got the Visa as 15th Feb 2010 and till that time I am staying in UK by extending the visa under the same ICT. All the WPs and Tier 2 ICTs were under same company.

Now my question is am I eligible now for ILR - will the break in my 2nd Visa date which 29th Nov 2009 and the issuing of my ICT visa which 15th Feb 2010 will create the problem as its exceeding the 28 days period ?
Is there any chance of covering that break period by getting some official supporting letter from my employer ?
Will my Multi Visa having end date as Aug 2010 of my first WP will cover this 28 days period ?

Please need some guidance and information so that I can create a logical case study before applying for ILR ?
