Need help on this one - Applying visa tomorrow

I am not sure which one to tick here .. on page 30 in section 3 there is a question

H. Money is held in one or more regulated financial institutions
[u]H1. Are the funds held in one or more regulated financial institutions or already
invested in a UK business? Please tick to confirm.[/u]
options
1.Yes all of the funds are held in a regulated financial institution
2.Yes all of the funds have already been invested.
3. Yes part of the funding has already been invested and the rest of the funding is held in a regulated financial institution.
4. No


I have invested no funds in the business now and all my funds are in a overseas regulated bank account. Can anyone help me what the answer would be for this.
