Can i apply for spouse visa after visit visa refusal

i've applied for visit visa for Uk twice in few months. first time they refused my visa because they said i dont have any dependent here so might be i wont come back from uk. then i got engaged and then i applied again after one month of my visa refusal and give evidence or my engagment to show that i'll be back in 3 months cos i've to get married soon. but again they refused my visa application.they refused it in november and for some reason me and my fiance got breakup. now im getting married to british guy in march but i was worried if i could get spouse visa or not. cos they could say i was engaged when i applied for visit visa and now im getting married to someone in Uk in few months after refusal.
i was confuse what to do now.

no we'll meet a week before our marriage. but i have our chat record. we are talking to each other on skype, phones and emails.

i was in contact with this british guy before my engagment, can i use that chat history as a proof for spouse visa.??

You need to prove to them beyond reasonable doubt that you are genuine. They may just say that you are trying to circumvent the situation in order to get into the UK. Marriage pics, text msgs. telephone communication times and how often, how long you have been together, affidavits from priests, marriage certificates, if on fb pics and conversations, and does your husband meet the threshold. Proof of his tax returns and submission. There is quite a bit involved. The best is get a immigration lawyer.
