When to Apply for ILR (PEO)

Hi

I entered UK on 1st April 2009 on a Tier 1 General Visa, and would complete 5 yrs in the UK on 1st April 2014.

I have been out of UK twice for less than 60 days during this period.

I wanted to check when should I apply for the ILR.

Also, Is there any maintenance funds requirement for the ILR application.

Please do not send us your application more than 28 days before the end of your qualifying period. If you do, we may refuse your application with no refund of the fee. However, you must apply before your current permission to stay in the UK ends. Source: UKBA website.
Maintenance: Not a requirement for ILR
