FLR (M) or SET(M) for my wife

Post by maj1209 » Sun Jan 26, 2014 11:53 pm

Hi everyone,

I need help from senior members of the board. I have received my ILR through 10 years Long Residence route. I have my wife as my Tier 1 General dependant. I am a bit unclear if I should apply for her FLR(M) or SET(M) as I have read some mails that suggests that SET(M) also got chances of success.

Has someone been in the same boat?

Please advise.
Thanks

Majid
