Language requirement for ILR under Tier 1 General

Hi All,

Can anyone please advise me on the language requirement for my ILR application under Tier 1 General Migrant? I had cleared my IELTS when i first entered the UK and had claimed the points for the same in my Tier 1 extension as well. Do i need to give the English test again, or can i claim the points on the basis of my previous applications?

Please advise.
