MN1 form

l recently have my ILR and me and my baby mother spereated for a while and however she refused to consent to the form of MN1 for my son, cos my son recently got 2 and half years under compasionate ground and which stated according to her that, my son he's not allowed to take any benefit henceforth. please wht can l do ? is it possible to write a letter explaining why my baby mother refusing to consent to this form

Was the child born in the UK?
