ILR question - WP + Tier 1 Gen

Hi,
I had entered Uk on 1st feb on Work Permit and then switched to Tier-1 in May 2009. I am now applying for ILR next week.
I would like to know if I need to show any documents for the period i was on WP visa (Feb09-May09). If yes, then what all documents do I need. I have p60 from '09-'13.
Appreciate your response.

p60 is suffice . Also , you can keep salary slip(For the period you were on WP) and original WP with you but submit only if asked for which is highly unlikely.
