Hello Good Morning, I will really appreciate expert opinion, advise or comments please,

My Application FOR AEO was forwarded by Sydney Central Intake Unit to Canadian Immigration office London on 21st September, 2012. Initially i was the only applicant. on 20th Dec, 2013, they requested IMM5569 & IMM5406, Updated letter from employer and letter from employee that how vacancy was filled in and whether the job offer is still intact or not? Those requested forms and letters have been sent to meet the deadline.

My Wife and My Kid will also be joining me in this application now as i got married meanwhile. There Documents have also been sent to canadian office in london.

Currently my application status shows as IN PROGRESS, after which there a Medical Screening stage. Roughly how long this may take?

Am I close to immigration? What are the success chances as my file Progresses has passed the Withdrawal stage and now shows IN PROGRESS
