UK Visitor Visa for Mother

Hi Team

I am on Tier1 (General) dependent visa and I want to bring my mother here in UK for few weeks. I do full time job and my mother is retired from a bank and have sufficient funds in her account to show all her expenses for travel plans to UK.

I would like to know what documents I need to send to my mother for her visa application.

Do I just to need send my bank statements and pay slips or I need to send my husband's pay slips and statements as well?

Along with my passport and biometric residence permit card's copy do I need to send the same from my husband as well?

Do I need to send a letter / sponsorship to my mother stating her purpose etc coming to UK?

Do I need to send a accommodation proof as well?

Please help me with query.

Hi,

Send as much documents as you can. But remember one thing. You need to prove that your mother will go back after the visit. To prove this show house ownership documents if your mother owns a house. Show that your other brothers and sisters live there back home with your mother. Give UKBA all the reasons to prove that your mother will go back after the visit. UKBA is only concerned if the person coming to UK will go back or not.
