Tier 1 General Spouse Visa for 2nd Marriage- Urgent

Hi,
I would like to let you know the brief story. I got married in Pakistan in June 2011 and applied for my spouse visa which I got in July 2011. For some reason our marriage was broken down but my wife never entered the UK. I informed UKBA to curtail (cancel) her visa. UKBA cancelled her visa and asked me to sign a public statement that our relationship no longer subsisting which I did as requested. I got married again in december last year and now applying for spouse visa for my new wife.

My question is, do I need to again inform UKBA about my previous marriage in my covering letter of my new wife spouse application. although UKBA already aware of this fact. I dont have divorce certificate from local council but I have divorce deed. I am currently in the UK and are unable to get this certificate. would divorce deed would be enough to attach with the application for my new spouse visa?
