naturalization application - Shortfall in 5 year HSMP/Tier 1

Post by adeelmpk » Thu Jan 16, 2014 12:23 pm

Hi Experts

My timeline as below. Hope you can help with my question below.

Image

Would I be eligible to apply for naturalization on/after 23 January 2014 OR on/after 7 February 2014 ?

BTW, prior to HSMP I was in UK on Science and Engineering Graduates Scheme (SEGS).

Thanks in advance.

Best Regards

On the contrary. It is just a simp question you could have answered it yourself.

1 year after ILR date. There is no such thing as 5+1. It's 5 including 1.
