Appeal Hearing Questions

Post by cb1964 » Sun Jul 01, 2007 8:31 pm

Could someone give me an idea as to the type of questions which are asked at an Immigration Appeal Hearing?

Thanks

cb 1964, You got to give brief history of your case excluding your name and personal details. Appeal for what? Asylum? Entry clearance??

Apologies.

Entry clearance. My husband applied for a visa, stating that I was exercising my EEA treaty rights.

Met my husband when I was travelling previously. We married last August in Mauritania.

We have been married approximately one year. I return to the Sahara to visit him approximately every 6 weeks, we speak every two days on the internet - what more would you like to know?

In one word...Everything. We will need a more detailed story to get the entire picture.

What is your nationality and how long have you been exercising your treaty rights? Why has your husband been seperated from you for almost the past year? Have your husband already been refused the EEA Family Permit (EEAFP) and if so, what exactly are the reasons given?

Everything went very smoothly and our appeal was upheld.
