in the application the Q.. how longdo you intend to stay in the .. my answer is SETTLEMENT.is it correct?

absence from UK - SPOUSE VISA

I am in the process of applying spouse entry clearnace .. My question is how long I can be away (absent) from UK during
the first 2.5 years after I get first entry into UK. Thank you

I have go spouse entry clearance SPOUSE/CP of ........... What CP stands for and what advantage I have on this.? is there anyone who can explain me about this...Thank you

CP stands for civil partner. No extra benefit to visa holders

I am 65+ years old and about to apply for Spouse ILR in uk.. Do I need to take and pass Life in UK and English B1 tests.. your immediate response is highly appreciated. Thanks
