6 Month Gap to work from offshore

Hi

Could someone give me some idea, whether I am eligible for the ILR in Aug 2014 ?
This is my situation.

29 Aug 2009 - I came to UK for the first time in Tier 2 ICT
10 Nov 2010 - Tier 2 General visa for the new employer was approved. (I didn't join immediatly)
25 Mar 2011 - I went back to Offshore since I needed to work from there but the for same project
11 Jun 2011 - I came back to UK for friend's marriage
12 Jun 2011 - I went back from UK
7 Sep 2011 - I came back to UK to join my new company
21 Mar 2012 - Went out of country for holidays
9 Apr 2012 - Came back from holidays
25 Aug 2012 - Went out of country for holidays
2 Sep 2012 - Came back from holidays
Aug 2014 - Due for ILR

25 Mar 2011 - 11 Jun 2011 --- 77 days
12 Jun 2011 - 07 Sep 2011 --- 86 days
21 Mar 2012 - 09 Apr 2012 --- 18 days
25 Aug 2012 - 02 Sep 2012 --- 7 days
