PEO appointment ILR - payment details

Hi,

I have recently booked PEO appointment for ILR and the full payment was already debited from my account by UK BA. While filling paper form of SET-O it's asking for payment card details again .

What has to be done here? Do we need to fill again in the form ?

Please suggest

You just need to take Payment confirmation sheet . Leave this blank.
