What documents do we have to show ?
Does she need to pass any English Test ?
Does the requirement of 18600 falls on me?

Thanks

I assume your spouse is a PBS dep, therefore an application for FLR(M) should be made for her (asking for decision to be made after yours) as this falls under Part 8 of the immigration rules, there is no financial requirement, rather adequate maintenance and accommodation. There will be an English A1 level test for her. Following her grant of FLR(M) she should be able to immediately apply for settlement on SET(M) by virtue of immigration rule 287(a)(i)(d). For settlement, LIUK and B1 English will be required. The child does not require further leave but rather is entitled to register as British by virtue of section 1(3) BNA once you are granted ILR.

Thanks for your prompt reply,
She is on PBS Student dependent, she has passed LiUK test, but haven't done A1, she has completed her Bsc ( 2 years ) from Pak. does it have to be certified through UK NARIC.
just checked on web, is this test ok for her, as there is less time left now its A1 / ESOL ENTRY LEVEL 1 ENGLISH EXAM (SPEAKING & LISTENING)

Check to see if the degree is awarded 20+ points for Qualification and 10 for English Skills on the PBS calculator, if it is, that will suffice both A1 and B1. If not, it will need to be verified by UKNARIC.

thnks
i have just booked the test for IELTS for safe side, regarding degree of hers , she's only issued with transcript so getting the certificate will take longer, as we have just got a month.
apart from that do we have to show any bills ? we got water bill ( Joint account ), Gp letter confirmation, Tenancy agreement (Joint Name), do we need more documents. ?
Thanks
