ILR for Spouse of person settled in UK

Post by JKB » Mon Jan 20, 2014 3:56 pm

Hi,

I have got my visa extended in November 2012 on form FLR[M] for 2 years. My husband got his ILR during the same time.
I came to UK in March 2012 as dependent of work permit holder.

Am I qualified to apply for ILR now in March 2014 or I have to wait till November 2014?

I am a bit confused, please help.

Thanks

When did you apply for FLR(M)? Before applying for FLR(M) were you a PBS dep or WP dep?

If you were a WP dep you could have applied at the same time as your spouse for ILR.
