refusal because of current apointment report

Hi everyone.
mine and my partner visa has been refused. the reason given is that
I HAVE FAILED TO DEMONSTRATE, AS I NEEDED TO SUPPLY A CURRENT APPOINT REPORT.

When i submitted the application, i took a print out of report from my companies house website login. the report i submitted is same in content as any CAR, its just the title page which is different. The tile of my report is company's information report rather than current appoint report.

Can anyone please tell me that will i be able to defend this refusal reason in the court.
